Excuse me while I interject a little beauty into this day:
Yes, it required the patience of a few hours of waiting for “gel” to occur last night, but these chromatic cuties really made a lot of people smile this afternoon. Since I work at a company that’s very much about color, they were an especially big hit:
Tonight, I’m experiencing heavy fatigue, and I’m going to just flow with it right into a very early bedtime because I have a family visit planned for this weekend. I want to make sure I have enough energy to enjoy my Sister, Brother-in-Law & sweet little nephews while I’m there (they’re actually the main reason I made my rainbow creation)!
P.S. Yes, just Jello. And yes, I felt the need to buy all of the most extravagant flavors like Island Pineapple and Melon Fusion! I used a single 3oz. box in each color + 3/4 c. boiling water (per the Jigglers recipe on the box). One layer at a time in a 9×9″ Baker.
